Article 4 AI literacy evidence file
Article 4 already applies — the duty to support the development of AI literacy among staff has been in force since 2 February 2025. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), Article 4: providers and deployers of AI systems must take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their staff and other persons dealing with AI on their behalf — taking into account their technical knowledge, experience and education, and the context of use. The provision has applied since 2 February 2025. If your employees use AI tools today, you are covered — and the documentation is exactly what due diligence asks for.
