ABOUT
We deliver compliance evidence — not legal advice
PowerQuant ApS (CVR 46274067) builds fixed-price EU AI Act + NIS2 compliance evidence packs for EU-facing AI and SaaS companies that need to document trust/security and AI Act/NIS2 obligations (HR-tech is one vertical).
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We deliver structured documentation — AI inventories, gap analyses, Article 4 registers and procurement evidence packs — that your customers, investors and supervisory authorities can use as evidence of your compliance work.
Our approach
- Fixed price, fixed delivery time — Module 1 in 5 business days, Module 2 in 14–21 days.
- Cryptographic signing — Ed25519-signed PDFs that can be verified locally.
- EU-hosted infrastructure — all data in eu-central-1 (Supabase).
- Source-cited — every claim cross-referenced against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
- No lawyer boilerplate — we never say “guaranteed compliance”.
Key dates
- 2 February 2025 — Prohibited AI practices + AI literacy requirement (Article 5 + Article 4).
- 2 August 2026 — Article 50 transparency + Annex III high-risk deployer obligations. The Digital Omnibus (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, published in the Official Journal on 24 July 2026, in force 27 July 2026) defers the Annex III obligations. Annex III standalone high-risk obligations are deferred to 2 December 2027; Annex I product-embedded to 2 August 2028. Article 50 transparency is unaffected.
- 2 August 2027 — Full applicability of the Regulation (all remaining provisions).
Who we are
PowerQuant ApS (CVR 46274067) is built by Alexander Englund, CEO and founder, Copenhagen. Every delivery is quality-assured by a human reviewer (founder or designated technical officer) and cryptographically signed before handover — your auditor can independently confirm that the file you hold is byte-for-byte the one we sent, without having to trust us.
