Why it exists

“AI Act ready” claims on marketing sites are unverifiable today. This gives buyers one click to check the signature. It also gives you a defensible link the next time procurement asks “do you have AI Act evidence?”

Verification uses Ed25519 signatures over the delivered artefacts. How it works: powerquant.dk/trust.

Formal position

Article 50 remains in force from 2 August 2026. The Omnibus package (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, published in the Official Journal 24 July 2026, in force 27 July 2026) moves Annex III and Article 26 to 2 December 2027.

FAQ

Can I use the badge if I’m not a customer yet?: No — the badge points to a signed record. No delivery, no signature, no badge.
What happens if my evidence expires?: The badge shows the last signed date. Buyers see stale dates immediately.
Can I self-host the SVG?: No — the whole point is that verification runs on PowerQuant, not your server.

Domain note: during rollout the badge is served from powerquant.dk (canonical). The brand-facing powerquant.eu host is a separate application and will mirror this page once published there.
