Buyers should not have to purchase blind. This page walks through the structure of a PowerQuant evidence pack — the same structure every customer receives, shown here with illustrative content rather than customer data.

Module 1 — AI inventory and Article 4 register

  1. AI system inventory — one row per AI system: purpose, vendor/model, data categories, deployment context, provider/deployer role, and a preliminary risk classification with the Annex III reasoning written out.
  2. Article 4 AI-literacy register — who in the organisation uses which system in which role, mapped to the literacy measures Article 4 expects (in force since 2 February 2025).
  3. Gap analysis — the distance between current state and the obligations that apply to each system, ordered by deadline and severity.
  4. Role-based controls memo — what management, engineering and HR each own, written so it can be pasted into an internal policy.

Module 2 — Procurement Evidence Pack

  1. Questionnaire answer library — structured answers for the AI sections of CAIQ and SIG 2024 plus common buyer questions, each answer source-referenced to the regulation.
  2. Evidence index — which document answers which question, so repeat questionnaires become lookup work rather than authoring work.
  3. Buyer-facing summary — a two-page account of your AI Act posture that procurement teams can file.

Every pack ships with

  • A signed manifest — an Ed25519 signature over every file, verifiable on our public verification page. If a byte changes, verification fails.
  • Open formats — PDF for humans, CSV/JSON for systems. No portal you must keep paying for to retain access.
  • A revision path — regulations move; packs carry a version and date, and monitoring tiers keep them current.
