Most of our catalogue is priced for a single AI system or a single questionnaire. Enterprise engagements are different: several AI systems, a mix of provider and deployer roles, procurement teams that require verifiable evidence, and internal audit functions that want documentation which holds up without us in the room.
What Module 3 covers
- Annex IV technical documentation for high-risk AI systems: system description, development process, risk management under Article 9, data governance under Article 10, human-oversight design under Article 14, accuracy and robustness under Article 15, and post-market monitoring under Article 72.
- Role mapping across your portfolio: which systems make you a provider, a deployer, or both — and what each role requires.
- Evidence architecture: one signed evidence base that answers CAIQ, SIG, buyer questionnaires and internal audit from the same source, instead of ad-hoc documents per request.
- Handover: everything is delivered in open formats with a signed manifest, verifiable on our public verification page. No lock-in.
How engagements run
Scoping call, fixed quote, fixed delivery plan in phases. Human specialists review every deliverable; nothing ships on model output alone. Data residency is EU-only, and we sign a DPA with sub-processor transparency as standard.
Timing that matters
Article 4 AI-literacy obligations have applied since 2 February 2025, and Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. High-risk timelines under Annex III are subject to the Digital Omnibus process — we track the legislative state so your documentation is written against the law as it stands, not against headlines.
